Meet other local fans of the highly influential British band The Smiths. I really believe there has never been a rock band who could create such ironic statements of truth. Basically.. I had "Rank" blasting in my car today and singing at the top of my lungs. Grunting and Grr..ing and hitting those glorious high notes. The Smiths are a controversial band. People seem to love them or hate them. This group is for people who "get it." And anyone who does will know what I mean..eh. Smiths addicts or new listeners welcome. Maybe you don't "get it." I guess you can come and tell us why. Maybe things could get controversial and post modern.. who knows. I don't imagine this group to have huge social events..rather monthly or weekly meetings at a cafe in North Beach. You know.. hanging around discussing music, reading, playing board games, writing etc..
